TRADITIONAL music band, Crossing the Rockies will perform at the Cornerhouse this Saturday, 10th June.
The six-piece band is made up of talented musicians, playing traditional, Irish/Celtic music inspired by The Flecktones, Sean Egan, Christy Moore and The Bothy Band.
Crossing The Rockies is a group emerging from the traditional sessions in Frome, Somerset. They are all dynamic instrumentalists and Trevorr Mills is a powerful singer in an old time, white gospel style.
The band line up is: Derek O’Rourke on bodhran/whistles/accordion, Keith Harrison-Broninski on English concertina, Natalie Pitman on violin, Steve Gurr on mandolin, Trevorr Mills on vocals/guitar/banjo and Zak Krzyzosiak on bass/banjo. Music starts at 3pm.
