A range of exciting new cycle classes are being offered to Frome residents of all ages and abilities.
Funded through Aster Communities in partnership with Sustainable Frome and with support from Frome Town Council, the classes are free for Aster residents and discounted for other Frome residents.
The first group ride will take place on Sunday 28th September and is suitable for adults, families and anyone wanting to brush up their cycle skills and confidence. Bikeability sessions are also being offered to children over the half term and a ‘how to maintain and fix your bike’ workshop is planned for October.
Organiser Anna Francis said, “This is a great opportunity to dust off those cobwebs and get back on your bike. Cycling is a brilliant way to relax, enjoy the local countryside and get fit and healthy at the same time. And with Frome’s Missing Link cycle route planned to open in a few weeks time there couldn’t be a better time to brush up your skills.”
