TWO of the biggest events on the Frome calendar are lined up for the next fortnight, as this year’s Cheese Show and Frome Carnival get ready to top off the summer.
Hours of family fun can be expected as the ever-popular events draw the crowds into the town for the next two Saturdays.
Frome Agricultural and Cheese Show will go first, taking place at the West Woodlands showground this Saturday 12th September with a jam-packed day of entertainment including extreme stunts, celebrity chef demonstrations, showjumping, exhibitions, livestock competitions and much more.
The following weekend will see Frome Carnival hit the road, as the two processions take place on Saturday 19th September.
The popular family day out, which last year saw crowds of around 20,000 people is hoping for another great turnout from the town.
