The annual Frome Festival Fashion Show, held at the Cheese & Grain, looks set to have raised in excess of £1,300 for Dorothy House.
This popular event, which is also a fund raiser for Frome Festival and the Cheese & Grain, ran a raffle, cake and prosecco stall and also sold clothes at the event, which proved a huge success. The Fashion Show modelled clothes from the charity, as well as local Frome makers, stores and boutiques, to a sold out audience.
The cat walk included fashions from Fat Face, M&Co, Winston James Woof, Charlotty, All Dolled Up UK, Heather Norman, Boho, Six, Studio Pipi, Tri Art, Fine Fettle, Elli Fashion and Bath Theatrical. It’s a great showcase for what’s available in Frome as well as being a great community event.
Olivia Dimery, fashion show co-organiser with her mother Anne Dimery, was surprised and delighted by the huge sums raised for Dorothy House and would like to thank all who came and supported the event.
The event has a large team of volunteer models, dressers and back stage team, plus the staff at the Cheese & Grain, all working together to make the event successful and worthwhile.
