A new video is being produced to showcase how visitors can explore Frome on foot and by bike after arriving in the town by train.
The online video, Frome on Foot and Bike, is being produced by the South Wessex Community Rail Partnership with support from Great Western Railway.
A film crew visited Frome on Monday 3rd August to capture footage for the video, starting at Frome railway station before hiring bikes from the Bike Project near the station.
The crew filmed along the cycle route, passing Rodden Meadow and heading into the town centre, as well as capturing footage along the riverbank around Welshmill, Catherine Hill and Vicarage Street.
The finished video will show visitors how they can explore Frome after arriving by train, either by hiring a bike from the Bike Project or walking into town along the riverside.
The South Wessex Community Rail Partnership promotes the rail line between Frome and Weymouth and works with local communities through projects including community events, seasonal planting and artwork at stations.
The partnership is also looking for volunteers to help keep Frome station looking its best.
