The Frome British Heart Foundation fundraising group would like to thank all those in Frome and surrounding areas for their help in the past year.
Their generosity has helped to fund research into new treatments and developments which will benefit those, both young and old, with heart problems, now and in the future.
The group says, “A big “Thank You” to people who have arranged for donations in memory of loved ones, especially at such a traumatic time, their help is much appreciated.
“We would also like to thank the Blue School in Wells, who sponsored a mufti day to raise funds; staff who again promoted a pre-Christmas a collection at the Whiterow farm shop at Beckington; and Tesco Shepton Mallet for their help, and all those who attended and contributed to our fundraising activities throughout 2018.
“We aim for an equally successful year’s fundraising in 2019, with various events planned.”
