STEVE Bane Fabrics has been crowned as the winner of this year’s Carnival Window Competition – for the second year running.
The Frome Times and the Frome Carnival Committee teamed up to run the competition, with local shops decorating their windows to celebrate the town’s Carnival.
Curves Frome was awarded the runners-up shield.
June Barnes, chair of the Carnival committee said, “10 out of 10 to Steve Bane Fabrics – a wonderful window. Everything was well thought out and absolutely outstanding.
“Frome Curves has a tiny window but they made a great effort in the space available.”
