Tibetan songs, mantras and ritual instruments, Mongolian overtone singing, Tibetan singing bowls, symphonic gongs, and more will be performed in Frome this Friday 16th March, 8.00pm-9.30pm at the HubNub Centre.
The concert will be staged by Michael Ormiston, Candida Valentino and Nyima Kunchok, who is a Frome resident and Tibetan sound healer. He was raised as a Tibetan Buddhist Monk and runs The Zari Tibet Fund which was set up to raise money for Tibetan refugees living in India, who are in need of short-term financial support.
New Frome residents and specialists in the amazing art of Mongolian Khöömii overtone and undertone singing, Michael Ormiston and Candida Valentino will lead the evening of songs and sounds from the roof of the World to the Endless Mongolian Steppes.
