Frome Stop War will be hosting TV journalists and political analysts Neil Clark and Dan Glazebrook as they bring their anti-war satirical piece ‘Where R Those WMDs?’ to the Merlin Theatre on Monday 4th July.
Bristolian musician Clayton Blizzard will also be giving performances of his quirky and meaningful songs. Described as a ‘lyrical genius’, Clayton is witty, dry and very entertaining.
Tayo Aluko who will be performing his one man show, ‘Call Mr Robeson’ on Sunday 3rd July, 5pm at the Wesley Chapel, will also join the cast in a musical performance and will contribute cameo performances to some of the sketches.
The show was piloted at last year’s festival to rave reviews. Local writer Crysse Morrison describing it as, ‘Horribly funny, in that the sketches while hilariously witty were almost too true to be funny at all!’ The cast are now pleased to be reprising ‘Where R Those WMDs?’ at the Merlin Theatre in Frome on Monday 4th July at Tickets £9.
