ACTIVE and In Touch have received a funding boost of £100 from the Royal Selwood Lodge of The Royal Antediluvian order of Buffaloes.
The cheque was presented by John McLarnon, who is a volunteer with the charity and is also a member of the order.
Director Lisa Cooke said, “John is a community driver and has supported us for a number of years as a volunteer. The organisation presented us with a cheque to support our ongoing work in the community.”
Active and In Touch has volunteers who help and befriend people who have become isolated or out of touch with the community around them.
