FROME Country Market is hosting pop-up markets in the run up to Christmas.
A pre-Christmas pop-up market will be held on Saturday 4th December, 10am to 12pm; and a Christmas pop-up market will be held on Saturday 18th December, 10am to 12pm.
Markets are being held at Great Elm Village Hall.
Items on sale will include cakes, biscuits, savouries, pottery, craft, jewellery, bags, cards and plants.
Frome Country Market committee member, Sue Phillips, says, “Frome Country Market, a cooperative of local producers and makers, used to run every Thursday morning in the Cheese & Grain. However, Covid meant that we came close to folding completely – we even announced our closure on our Facebook page.
“There were so many lovely, supportive messages that we’ve managed to run pop-ups, mainly on the third Thursday of the month, at Great Elm Village Hall.”
