DESPITE the rain, wind and steep inclines the whole team at Coiffure Hairdressing ran their socks off and completed the Beckington 10K event on Sunday 20th October.
Four of the runners taking part made their personal best records at the event.
The team would like to thank the Beckington Tennis Association for organising the event, and the support and encouragement they received from Coiffure clients, who helped raise in excess of £200 for the charity Positive Action on Cancer.
Money is also being raised in the Coiffure salon, and on the ‘giving’ web site www.justgiving.co.uk/coif fure-frome, or simply ‘like’ the Coiffure Frome Facebook page and for every ‘like’ received a donation is made.
