Four teams from Frome District Scouts took part in the District Scout Masterchef Competition on 20th November at Shepton Mallet Scout HQ.
The teams, three from Shepton and one from 5th Frome consisted of four Scouts. They had 1½ hours to prepare and cook a three course meal.
They then laid a table and served the food which was judged by Dave Dunn, the Frome District Commissioner, and Suzi, a food technologist from a local food company.
The teams were marked on menu, presentation, and teamwork during preparation.
The competition was won by four Scouts from 5th Frome Scout Group.
