An exciting new course in radio production is being offered by Frome Community Education starting in September
This ‘hands on’ practical course will be working in the studios of FromeFM community radio, learning how to put together your own show. By the end of the 10 week course you will have tried out lots of radio production techniques, got your hands on the broadcast desk, and actually produced a live show on the radio!
Community Education organiser Malcolm Lloyd said, “This is learning for fun. No need to worry as you will be helped every step of the way, and whatever your area of interest, either technical or interviewing, DJing or production, the course will help you to fulfil that dream.”
Sign up now at the Cheese & Grain box office. Brochures are available from there or from the library. To hear Malcolm Lloyd being interviewed about other courses available on Frome Community education go to www. fromefm.co.uk and click on Programmes > Features > Frome Community Education 2011.
