A WOMEN in Business networking group in Frome is appealing for new members to join their twice-monthly meetings.
The Women in Business Networking Lounges take place on the last Tuesday of each month at the Three Swans from 8pm to 10pm.
Initially set up for any women who are either already in business for themselves or thinking of setting up a business, the group has now extended to welcome any women who could benefit from a safe, non judgemental space to network and meet new people.
The founder Tanya Anderson said, “I am so delighted that something I felt a need for in the town has resonated with so many other ladies.
“The feedback I receive on an ongoing basis is so positive. It appears that this format of networking is actually something women are craving, not only in Frome but globally also.
“We now have an international hub on Facebook where ladies from all over the globe have been connecting and learning how to set up their own lounges. So far we have lounges coming in Perth and Dunfermline, Scotland, Newcastle, England, Sydney in Australia, Tauranga in New Zealand and Ontario, Canada!”
Thanks to popular demand the group now also holds a coffee morning on the first Tuesday of every month at The Studio, 5 New Buildings in Frome.
