ST John’s School hosted a Jubilee Fair on their last day of term.
The school reports, “We all came to school that day in Jubilee-themed non-uniform, including the Head, Mrs Marsland, who came in full royal regalia.
“There was a performance by our Maypole Squad; the choir sang seven songs – one from each decade of the Queen’s reign; there was an ice cream competition, with two winning recipes made up by Jude Kelly at La Strada, then sold at the fair and in La Strada; there were also tombolas, face painting, guess the corgi’s name and lots of fun stalls.”
