LOCAL cancer counselling charity, We Hear You (WHY), is holding a jumble sale at Trinity Church in Frome on Saturday 24th September at 10.30am until 1pm.
There will be adult and children’s clothing, bric-a-brac and homeware on offer, alongside a cake sale and tombola.
The event has been organised by some of the team heading off on an Iceland ‘Northern Lights’ trek in March 2023, including WHY’s CEO Lucy Kitchener. Lucy said, “We have so much on offer for the jumble sale, thanks to many generous donations from people in the community. Come down to Trinity Church between 10.30am and 1pm to pick up a bargain and support WHY. I joined We Hear You as chief executive officer in March this year and have been so impressed by the fantastic support the charity receives from the community as it goes about its incredibly important work. The jumble sale is one of several events as we aim to raise £10,000 for WHY in 2023, hope to see you there!”
