FROME Carnival is hosting a quiz next month to raise funds for this year’s procession.
The quiz will be held on Sunday 1st March, 7.30pm, at the Masons Arms, Marston Road.
Organisers say, “We are raising funds for appearance money that will be given to entries in our 2020 street procession. Teams of four can enter at a cost of £10 per team. Cash prizes will be available dependant on the number of teams entering.
“Please support your local carnival charity, helping us to help others in your community. If anyone has any other fundraising ideas or would like to hold a fundraising event for us, we would love to hear from you.”
