Once again throughout December, lights on the Lions Club of Frome Tree of Remembrance shone brightly in front of Rook Lane chapel.
The lights represent treasured memories at a special time of year.
The tree enables individuals or families to sponsor a light in memory of a loved one or cause and in turn, helped the Lions raise £1,200 for their charity fund, which will be used to support worthy causes in and around Frome.
Frome Lions would like to thank the following businesses for their valued support with the project. NVB Architects for allowing the tree to be erected at Rook Lane Chapel and also covering the cost of illumination, Longleat Forestry for supplying the tree and Sydenham’s Tool Hire for the loan of a trailer to transport the tree.
