ST Leonard’s Church at Marston Bigot is re-opening its doors to invite musicians to come and try out the wonderful acoustics on Sunday 26th March from 3pm to 5pm.
Organisers say, “Just turn up and play! This event is completely unplugged so bring an amp if you need one. Poetry, short stories, and music enthusiasts welcome too.”
A £3 donation is required that will include tea and biscuits.
St Leonard’s Church is an 18th century building which lies in a fabulous setting with wide and tranquil views of fields and woods of the River Frome valley a couple of miles west of Frome. It is also known for its wonderful peal of eight bells and its important stained glass windows.
