Frome’s Mayor has launched a new barbers’ shop in town, marking the occasion with a ceremonial snip of the ribbon. Crew Barbers, situated on St John’s Road, was launched by the Mayor of Frome, cllr Nick
White, with help from owner Sarah McGurk. She said, “This is something I’ve wanted to do for years. I’ve been working on doing up the premises for around a month. “We had a young graffiti artist, MR vane, to do a feature wall in the shop. “I’m open every day from 9.00am until 5.30pm and Thursdays 4.00pm-9.00pm, just to make life easier for those who work and want their weekends free. We hope to see lots of old and new customers soon.” Pictured: Sarah and cllr Nick White cut the ribbon to open the shop.
