A FUNDRAISING memorial night will be held this Friday, 23rd November, by the family of former Frome Town FC committee member, Brenda Harding, who died last year at the age of 81.
The night will be raising money for both Dementia UK – which Brenda was affected by – the national charity that provides specialist support for families facing dementia, and for Frome Town FC.
Brenda’s grandson, Shane Lacey says, “The event is being hosted at Frome Town Football Club on Friday 23rd November from 7pm until late with a top-class Elvis tribute act James Burrell from Exeter, supported by local DJ Paul Carver. The night includes a massive raffle with over 140 donated prizes and my brother, Simon Harding, doing a sponsored head shave.”
