Mendip Dance Club is not a performance company, but rather a group of women who love to dance and meet weekly for classes with professional tutors in various genres.
However, an invitation has been accepted from Bridport company, Grace and Growl to participate in their COLLECT event at the Electric Palace on July 28th. This is being organised to help profile the power of the màture dancer through a series of live performances, speakers and films.
A small group from Mendip Dance will perform a contemporary dance piece specially choreographed by Keinton Mandeville dancer, teacher and events manager Lena Oliver.
