THE Meniere’s Peer SupportGroup will be meeting at Frome Medical Practice on Monday 11th March, 1.00pm – 2.30pm.
Meniere’s is a vestibular (inner ear) disorders causing dizziness and imbalance.
Vestibular conditions are not life-threatening but they are life changing and cause distress and disability to those affected. More than one in ten people of working age and one in five people older than 60 years currently has dizziness that causes considerable interference with daily activities.
The group says, “If you have Meniere’s then come along to this friendly, supportive Meniere’s peer support group and meet others who’ve been affected by this condition.
“Get support and support others. Friends and family members welcome.”
