MILLIE Moon is pleased to present The Great Create – a new charity event supporting Frome-based charity Positive Action on Cancer. The Great Create is a day packed with crafting.
The event is being held on Sunday 7th October at Mells Tythe Barn 10.00am – 5.00pm. The day will be packed full of Millie Moon workshops, the opportunity to listen to a guest speaker and chance to see the latest craze in quilting – a jelly roll race! The event is being sponsored by EQS and Moda.
Tickets for the event cost £40 and will include all materials, a light lunch and afternoon tea. Tickets are available from the Millie Moon shop in Catherine Hill, Frome or by calling 01373 464650.
Kelly Hall, PAC fundraiser said, “I am personally very excited about this event as I love crafting and am a regular customer at Millie Moon. It is the perfect opportunity for crafting enthusiasts to have a wonderful day and support a local charity. The day will offer people the opportunity to learn new skills and meet the Millie Moon team.”
PAC is currently the only organisation to offer free professional counselling to any adults or children affected or bereaved by cancer and other life threatening illnesses in BANES, Somerset and West Wilts.
