FREE aerobics classes called ‘Mojo Moves’ have started again this year, with daytime classes running until March.
The classes combine comedy theatre with dance aerobics to help improve people’s mental and physical wellbeing.
Mojo Moves sessions are led by larger than life character Cheryl and lifestyle guru Tony (aka performers Ginny Adams and Nelly Fowler) with music from the 70s, 80s and 90s – with some tv theme tunes thrown in for good measure.
The pair say the social event is extremely beneficial to the mental as well as physical well-being of participants; they are able to reminisce, laugh, dance and get back to feeling like their old selves.
Free classes in Frome are Monday 9.30am at Frome Youth and Community Centre; Wednesday 9.20am Trinity Church Hall and Friday 9.30am at the HUBNUB Centre.
