The Frome Music Industry Network is a monthly networking event for musicians and all industries connected with the music business, held upstairs at the Three Swans in King Street, Frome on the fourth Thursday of the month.
The next event will be on Thursday 27th February from 7.30pm with guest speaker, Simon Barber from Evolver magazine.
The group say, “Now in its nineteenth year, and with the region’s arts audience (around 50,000 people) seeing every issue, Evolver is now firmly established as the first choice advertising medium for venues, galleries, arts organisations, artists and performers throughout the Wessex region. Simon also plays bass and sings in art pop post-punk outfit ‘Design’.
“Local singer/songwriter, Sara Vian set up the gatherings in response to her understanding that people need to meet out of cyberspace to build relationships, collaborate and support each other’s projects and businesses in the old fashioned goodwill spirit of sharing a beer (or your drink of preference).
