ST John’s School in Frome have introduced their new Eco-Warriors for this academic year.
Eco-Warriors meet regularly to discuss environmental issues within school and help come up with new ideas to make school ‘greener’.
A spokesperson for the school says, “Past projects have included setting up recycling collection points for batteries, pens, markers and highlighters as well as looking at how we recycle the milk cartons from Reception’s free milk and for the yogurt pots from school lunches.
“School staff can’t wait to hear what new ideas the Eco-Warriors will come up with.”
