FROME Times has welcomed a new reporter to its team.

Laura Dunham has an English language and creative writing degree and a Master’s degree in multimedia journalism. She has previously worked in a public relations agency and in the voluntary and charity sector for several years, supporting teams working closely with communities to make a difference. Laura is also a trained yoga instructor.
Laura said, “I am thrilled to have this opportunity to work as a local news journalist with the Frome Times. I am extremely pleased to be able to link my passions of working with communities and sharing stories.
“I have only been with the team for a week so far and I have received such a warm welcome from my new colleagues and those in the town.
“I am a Frome resident myself and absolutely love the town. I think it has such a strong community, with so much to offer. I am excited to get involved, highlight news, stories and issues and shed light on the work of the community. If you would like to contact me with any stories or information, please don’t hesitate to!”
