A new support group, Cafe Connect, starts 11th September at Frome Medical Practice.
Come along to this friendly informal support group for people with dementia and memory loss and their carers.
During the sessions you will be able to make friends and hear about the support that is available in the community for people in similar situations to yourself.
Run in partnership between the Alzheimer’s Society, Somerset Partnership Carer’s Service, Rethink Reconnect and the East Mendip Peer Support Project, Cafe Connect runs on the second Thursday of every month at Frome Medical Practice, 10.30am-12.00noon.
