A COFFEE morning in Nunney raised £493 for Macmillan Cancer Support.
The event was held last month as part of the charity’s ‘World Biggest Coffee Morning’ event. It was organised by Solent Child Care, who manage the Farmhouse, a children’s home located on the Wiltshire and Somerset border.
Organisers say, “We had lots of donations for the raffle, cakes from the villagers and donations from Nunney Community Association and raised a whopping £493! It was an amazing community event.”
