Mrs Hall and Mrs Royle, Modern Languages Department said, “As a school, we are overjoyed to report that Isabel Hanney reached 1st place and Thomas Leigh came 2nd in the Spanish Category. They will therefore be competing in the National Finals in Cambridge on Friday 3rd July.
“Eve Lindley and Stephanie Verwey too made us very proud indeed but didn’t quite make it to the French final.
“A few words to describe our students so far: focused, resilient, supportive of each other and modest in their approach.
“’Bonne chance’ à tous! Buena suerte a todos!”.
