Join FromeFM’s On Air Book Group for their very first live outside broadcast.
The next programme will be broadcast from Frome Library on Friday 21st June at 2 pm. Presenters Sheila, Helen, Karen and James would love you to come and talk about books with them.
Crime books are a very popular genre for borrowing from the library and so the group has chosen Anne Cleeves, author of the books behind the popular TV series ‘Vera’ and ‘Shetland’ to be put in the spotlight. If you are a fan come and talk about why, or come and share you thoughts and experience of books and reading in general. This is a chance to support your local library and radio station in one visit.
FromeFM’s On-Air Book Group is like any other book group except it’s on the radio. The show goes out every fourth Friday afternoon at 2pm. The books for each On-Air Book Group programme are advertised during the previous weeks on the book group’s page on FromeFM’s website – http://frome.fm/programmes /talk/on-air-book-group/.
