FROME Town Supporters Club is holding an open meeting for supporters and members of the public at The Clubhouse, Frome Town FC on Wednesday 26th April where they will be given an update on what has happened since the initial open meeting back in October 2022.
Ahead of the meeting the supporters club is issuing a survey to seek the opinions and views of supporters on the way forward in the short, medium and long term.
Lester Silk, chairman of the Supporters Club said, “As supporters and future supporters, we have a vital role to play in the future of our club. The meeting will give everyone the opportunity to hear updates and provide a chance to ask questions as we discuss what we can do to secure the future of the club.
“The aim of the survey is to help us all understand the views of supporters and how we can all play our part in making Frome Town Football Club the most successful it can be, both on and off the pitch. Everyone is welcome.
“Without the intervention of Frome Town Council last year, there was a very real danger that Badgers Hill would be lost to developers. Since then, the Supporters Club and the Board of the Football Club have been working with Frome Town Council and the Football Supporters Association to secure the future of the club and Badgers Hill.”
