Orchardleigh Golf Club Senior Ladies have won The County Club Shield for the second year in succession.
Five teams took part in the medal at Wheathill Golf Course and four teams took part in the Stableford at Orchardleigh golf course.
The combined score from the two competitions are combined to go towards the shield.
Individual awards went to Sheila Goodbody 3rd Bronze division, Christina Francis 2nd Best nett silver division, Sonia Probert 2nd best nett Bronze division, Molly Carey 3rd best nett bronze. Pat Pitt won the Moore trophy for best venerable veteran. Pat Jones won the putting competition.
All the knockout competitions have now been completed with Loes deKleuver winning the Committee Cup individual, runner up Sarah Hyndes. The Pitt Rose Bowl 4BBB winners Diane Bullock and Sue Dredge runners up Gale Painter and Di Norris. The Wykes Trophy Foursomes winners Anne Regler and Gail Painter runners up Jan Light and Rachel Priddle. Mixed Knockout winners Rachel Priddle and James Palmer runners up Sue Sweet and Malcomb Lloyd.
The Alliance and Interclub teams had a successful year maintaining their positions in their respective leagues.
