Plans by David Wilson Homes to develop up to 124 homes on land adjacent to the company’s ‘The Mount’ development in Keyford will be displayed at Frome Town Hall on Friday 6th December.
David Wilson Homes control the largest section of the 10.6 hectare masterplan site which has been proposed in the Mendip Local Plan for around 325 future homes.
“Both Wainhomes and Land Value Alliances have begun pre-application consultation on their adjacent sites, with a view to submitting formal applications in the near future,” said planning manager Cecelia Hughes. “This will allow people to judge the proposals against the infrastructure masterplan, which is being developed to guide future housing in the area.”
The exhibition will open to the public at Frome Town Hall from 2.30pm until 7.30pm.
