As part of the ‘Multicutural Frome’ event, Frome Twinning Association ran a ‘Choose your favourite European sausage’ event.
As Frome has Twin Towns in France, Germany and Poland, visitors to the event were asked to blind-taste sausages from each of those countries and vote for their favourite. The Polish sausage came out on top, narrowly beating the German. This is part of Frome Twinning Association’s drive to involve more families in twinning, though developing a programme of family activities designed to promote cultural understanding.
