All available places were taken at the latest club snooker event at Chester House, with organisers saying it proves how popular these events have become with members.
“The usual one-frame round robin format was held on each table, with table winners going through to the k/o semi-final.
“The table winners were :- Table 1 Dan Worsley, Table 2 Jeremy, Table 3 Derek White, Table 4 Steve Clarkson. The final was won by Jeremy, a new member, who beat Dan. The evening included a cottage pie supper prepared by Annie Scane.
