Pupils from St John’s School’s Eco Warriors’ team have been busy giving up their own lunch playtime to take part in a litter pick at the St John’s churchyard.
The Eco Warriors managed to collect an impressive 4kg of rubbish in just 20 minutes. The school say that the focus for the Eco Warriors this term and the next is to reduce litter outside the school, and to reduce paper usage in school.
