A new singing-for-pleasure group is about to begin in Frome.
Musician Lee Ingram started the One Voice Community Choir last November in North Bradley, then later at Bulkington and Rode. Now, a fourth group is planned and is open to anyone in the surrounding area.
One Voice is based on good, uplifting songs that everyone loves to sing – with a strong emphasis on fun and the social aspect.
The new choir is a daytime class, and is therefore particularly good for retired people.
There are no auditions and an ability to read music is not required. Meetings will take place at Frome Cricket Club, Rodden Road, on Wednesdays, 2.00-4.00pm. Anyone interested should call Lee on 01373 825058 or 07766 244321.
