Oakfield Academy pupils welcomed local singer/songwriter Molly Ross into their school for the third year in a row.
The Year 8 pupils are studying ‘song writing’ this half-term and Molly was able to share her experience and give advice on how to approach writing their own songs.
Ms Parsons, head of performing arts said, “Once again you could have heard a pin drop in the Drama Studio. All the pupils were mesmerised by Molly’s performance and there was a buzz in the air at the end of the afternoon. A huge thank you once again to Molly, and we wish you lots of luck for the future.”
