Oakfield Academy welcomed Commonwealth gold medalist triple jumper, Julian Gollay and world mountain bike champion, Grant Fielder to their Superschools fundraising event.
Grant then did a fantastic bike stunt display on the school yard for the pupils to watch and Julian spoke to all the pupils in two assemblies about the success he has achieved at international level, and what it is like to represent your country at a tournament.
On the day, pupils were sponsored for doing a circuit of fitness exercises. Money raised will go towards supporting the British Olympic and Paralympic teams.
Julian also demonstrated different circuits that the pupils would be doing and sponsored for.
