THE Chester House summer skittles competition was a huge success, with 32 teams entering.
Chairman, Derek said, “The winners of the competition was ‘the alcoholics’, captained by Damian Button receiving £500 from Ben Derrick, the organiser of the competition. Runners-up were last year’s winners ‘the crickets’ captained by Jim Norris, who received £250.
Winner of the plate was ‘the roosters’ captained by Derek Toop receiving £150, and the runners-up were ‘Colford RBL’b’ receiving £100.
