Trinity First School held its annual Lego Day on Saturday 7th May.
Children took part in a competition to build a Lego creation and win one of many prizes kindly donated by Frome Model Centre.
“The event has become such a popular fundraiser for the school that there are plans to hold it twice a year and move to a bigger venue so watch this space!” said Yvonne McQuillan-Mills.
“Huge thanks to Luke from Frome Model Centre who came along to judge the winners, not an easy task as the entries were awesome and ranged from volcanos and dinosaurs to oil rigs and Darth Vader.
“Winners in the reception and year 1 category were Isaac, Milly, Tom and Harvey. Winners in the year 2 and 3 category were James, Alastair, Alexander and Bella. Winners in the Year 4 Category were Murphy, Chloe, John and Arthur.
“Over £200 was raised on the day for the school so thank you to all who attended and helped.”
