FROME’S vaccine roll out is continuing to make “good progress”, says Frome Medical Practice.
Practice manager Karen Creffield says, “We are encouraging anyone aged 50 and above who has not yet received a vaccine to contact the practice as soon as possible. We are currently focussing on delivering 2nd vaccines. We are aware some of our patients may be concerned about appointments for 2nd doses. Please be assured we will be in contact to organise your second dose vaccine as soon as we have confirmation of deliveries.
“This will usually be 11 weeks after your first vaccine and no earlier than 6 weeks. We are not experiencing any supply issues at the current time. We have completed all our second doses for our care homes and most of our housebound patients.”
