OASIS Carnival Club based in Frome have had a very successful carnival season this year in the County Carnival Circuit.
“Overall the club has been very pleased with their results this year and are very proud of their new and young members who performed in excess of our expectations,” said Richard Goodenough the club.”
The results were as follows: Warminster – 1st Open tableau; Best In Procession; Spectators Choice; Best Tableau Pose (Jamie Wilson); Joint Best Lighting. Bridgwater – 2nd Open Tableau. Burnham-on-Sea – 4th Open Tableau. Weston Super Mare – 4th Open Tableau. North Petherton – 4th Open Tableau. Shepton Mallet – 3rd Local Tableau. Wells – 3rd Open Tableau. Glastonbury – 3rd Open Tableau. Overall position for Somerset County Carnival -4th Tableau Class.
