CANCER counselling charity, We Hear You (WHY), are seeking donations of prizes for their annual online silent auction from 7th to 13th November. All funds raised at the auction will fund free specialist support for children, young people, adults and families who have been affected by cancer or a life-threatening diagnosis.
Fundraising officer Helen White said, “Our silent auction in November is a popular fixture of our fundraising calendar. Could you help make it sparkle by donating an auction lot? We’ve got a stunning Victoria Pendleton bike, beauty treatments and some delicious sweet treats so far, including a delicious afternoon tea and prosecco delivered to your door.
“No donation is too small, as we can use smaller items to make up hampers (and we like to have auction lots for all budgets).
“We completely understand that times are hard for many people, but if you or your business are able to donate a product or service for the auction, please email fundraising@wehearyou.org.uk to set the ball rolling. Thank you so much for your support.”
