Conservation campaigner Roger Morgan-Grenville, and ‘Natural Navigator’ Tristan Gooley will be visiting Frome as part of their national tours this autumn.
Roger Morgan-Grenville’s The Restless Coast explores the beauty along the edges of Britain, along with the challenges faced by the coastline of our island home. This talk is complemented by Tristan Gooley’s The Hidden Seasons, in which he encourages you to deepen and enrich your relationship with the natural world around us, noticing often overlooked signs of the changing seasons.
“Whether you’re a nature novice or an experienced explorer, these two talks will have something for everyone with an interest in the natural world,” said Tina Gaisford-Waller, manager at Winstone’s Hunting Raven Books who are organising the talks.

Roger Morgan-Grenville will be hosted by The Assembly Rooms at 7.30pm on Wednesday 10th September, with Tristan Gooley visiting The Merlin Theatre at 7.30pm on Wednesday 17th September. Copies of their books will be on sale at their respective talks with a signing taking place after each event.
“Booking ahead is encouraged for these two fantastic talks,” added Tina.
Tickets are £12 each and can be purchased via the Hunting Raven website events page at bit.ly/winstonesevents.
