YOUNG golfer, Lizzy Bryant, won the Mendip Junior Vase at Mendip Golf Club, held on 31st May.
Lizzy, who plays at Orchardleigh Golf Club, won the trophy with a magnificent 44 points of a handicap of 22. This win has resulted in her handicap being cut to an outstanding 18.
Lizzy is a pupil in year 10 at Frome Community College. The college said, “Our congratulations go to Lizzy and we wish her every success for the future.”
