FROME Town United is hosting a football tournament on Saturday 18th May from 12pm to 4pm to raise money for local youth football teams – and they are encouraging local people to turn up to show their support for grassroots football.
The tournament, called the A Plates Cup, will see Frome Town United U11s play against U11 teams from Frome Town United Eagles, Chilcompton Colts, Bishops Canning Lightning, Bradford Bobcats and Westfield Blacks.
Frome Town United say, “All money raised will go towards the teams involved and the event will see some great football and fun for all! All are welcome to come and show their support and raise money for grassroots teams.”
